Initial Laptop Configuration
A process allowing students to use a personal laptop for schoolwork by enrolling it in the school's MDM system for classroom monitoring and management.
The device must be shipped in perfect packaging condition, free of any lock codes or access PINs, factory reset, and include the device charger. It must meet all established requirements for Microsoft Intune management and must be:
- OS Version: Windows 10/11 PRO
- Minimum Processor: 11th Generation Intel i3
- Minimum Storage: 256GB SSD hard drive
- Windows Autopilot compatibility; for this, the Operating System version must be a PRO version.
The equipment must be sent together with the charger; we recommend it be packed correctly to avoid possible transport damage.
The equipment must have a Windows administrator user without a password, or the access password must be provided so that the technical team can work.
Additionally, it must be proven that the device was acquired legally via proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). The price includes:
- Configuration by an authorized technician for device management via MDM.
- Management licenses for the correct operation of the device at the school.
- Management of device transport, round trip. For the collection address, the billing address filled out in the purchase form will be used.
IMPORTANT: FOREDU and the educational center are exempt from all liability for damages that the equipment may suffer during transport. In cases where the delivery fails, the device is not delivered factory reset, or its processing is made impossible due to causes unrelated to FOREDU, the user must pay a €25 penalty fee for technical management costs.
